Fancy, funny, and full of worldliness – meet Vera, an 11 years-young Pekingese / Corgi mix who has come back to our program after 7 years away. Vera is a wonderful girl who is looking for a mellow, gentle home to fill with companionship, smiles, and tranquility. Not only does her beautiful coat and unique breed mix highlight her in our shelter, but her leash manners and calm demeanor definitely shine through. While she is working on getting more comfortable, her ideal adults-only home could very well include another easy-going dog or cat.
